GUELPH, ON—Dec. 18, 2018—LifeLearn Animal Health announces a new partnership with Vetsource®, a technology-enabled health care services company with a platform that empowers veterinarians to deliver better care. The partnership enables LifeLearn to offer a seamless integration between its WebDVM custom veterinary websites and Vetsource’s Home Delivery program.

“We’re thrilled to team up with Vetsource,” says Randy Valpy, President and CEO of LifeLearn. “Our new partnership reflects our continuing commitment to provide veterinary teams with practice management solutions that save time, improve client satisfaction and increase profitability while helping to optimize patient outcomes.”

According to the Accenture Seamless Retail Study, 89% of 10,000 people surveyed in 13 countries said it’s important for any business to let them purchase products in a way that is most convenient for them.

The online pharmacy link on WebDVM websites allows pet owners to easily shop for medications, food and over-the-counter health care products through their veterinary practice’s Home Delivery program, providing a cohesive pet-care experience.

“Vetsource’s seamless shopping experience for pet owners is what makes it so effective on WebDVM websites,” says Valpy, “because people now want and expect seamlessness.”

With Vetsource Home Delivery, pet owners can place orders through their veterinarian’s online store and have products shipped directly to their door. In addition, Vetsource’s mobile-optimized ScriptRight® ePrescribing tool allows veterinarians to write, review and approve prescriptions from any web-enabled device in a matter of seconds. Prescriptions are then filled by Vetsource’s human-grade institutional pharmacy and shipped to clients’ homes.

“By partnering with LifeLearn, practice websites become a one-stop destination for pet owners, from ordering medications and food through their practice’s Home Delivery program to requesting an appointment,” said Asa Pogrelis, Vice President of Marketing for Vetsource, which offers Home Delivery services in the United States. “Pet owners can feel confident purchasing quality products backed by veterinary professionals they know and trust, which encourages them to return to their practice’s website time and again for all their pet-care needs.”

LifeLearn will integrate Vetsource into WebDVM websites beginning Dec. 17, 2018.
